Constance “Connie”‘s Obituary Constance “Connie” R. (Raite) Frazier, 98, of Liverpool passed away on Friday at the Francis House. She was born in Canastota, NY the daughter of the late Rocco and Nina (Arlotta) Raite where she was raised and attended high school. Connie continued her studies graduating from Rider University in Lawrenceville, NJ.

She was employed by Carrier Corporation and retired from Deloitte, Haskins & Sells. Connie was a member of the Liverpool American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 364, volunteered with Meals on Wheels and enjoyed playing bridge. She was a parishioner of St. Joseph the Worker Church in Liverpool and was active in several local groups.

She is predeceased by her husband of 49 years, Richard, two sisters and two brothers. Connie is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Thomas) Quinn of Fort Wayne, IN, two granddaughters, Jennifer M. Quinn of Syracuse and Kathleen Q. (Ryan) Volcko of Liverpool. At Connie’s request there will be no calling hours and services will be private.

Entombment will take place in St. Mary’s Cemetery Mausoleum, DeWitt. Contributions can be made to Francis House, 108 Michaels Ave. Syracuse, NY 13208.
