Mary Jean’s Obituary Mary Jean (VanBuren) Ryan, 92, of Liverpool passed away on Thursday at Loretto. She was born in Syracuse where she was raised and attended school. Mary Jean was employed as a sales clerk for over 25 years with Chappell’s in Mattydale.

She is predeceased by her husband, Kenneth V. Ryan, Jr. in 2012. Surviving to cherish her memory are two sons, Kenneth M. (Delene) Ryan of Cicero, Michael T. (Paula) Ryan of Liverpool, her daughter, Kathleen Lux of Fairport, NY, five grandchildren, Kevin and Shawn Lux, Melissa, Michelle and Mary Ryan, several great-grandchildren, three sisters, Virginia, Pat and Dale and many nieces and nephews. There will be no calling hours.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at a future date in St. Joseph the Worker Church at the convenience of the family.
