Lefa’s Obituary Lefa Louise “Honeybabe” Weaver, 62, of Harrisonburg, passed away on Wednesday January 16, 2019 at her residence. Mrs. Weaver was born on October 8, 1956 in Bergton and was a daughter of the late Clyde Wilson and Ollie Elizabeth (Whetzel) See. Lefa worked for George’s Hatchery for many years.

She was also a member of the Church of God. On December 24, 1976 she married Dennis Allen Weaver, who survives. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Weaver is survived by her children, Brian Weaver and wife Crystal of Grottoes, Laura Lee Weaver of Harrisonburg; a granddaughter raised in the home, Heaven Propst; her longtime friend, Joni Hinton; siblings, Martha Taylor and husband Donnie, Norene Howdyshell and husband Lester, Clyde See and wife Mary, Wilson See and wife Connie; grandchildren, Dakota Conley, Logan Weaver, Brennan Weaver; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her godmother, Ola Bluebell See, who raised Lefa and her siblings, and her sister, Carrie Sue See. The family will receive friends on Friday January 18, 2019 from 6 until 8 PM at the McMullen Funeral Home. Those desiring may share a memory or an online condolence by visiting www.
