Mr. Donovan was born on October 22, 1961 in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania and was the son of Lucille Mildred Moyer Donovan and the late Donald David Donovan Sr He served in the United States Army.

On July 14, 1989, he married the former Kathryne Shifflett who survives. In addition to his wife and mother are two brothers, Richard Douglas Donovan and Harold David Donovan. The body was cremated and services will be held at a later date.

Memorial contributions may be made to McMullen Funeral Home, 5784 Greenmount Road Harrisonburg VA 22802 to assist the family with final expenses.
