Sharon “Sherry”‘s Obituary Sharon Kay “Sherry” Clark 69 of Harrisonburg, passed away January 24, 2019 in Harrisonburg. Mrs. Clark was born December 13, 1949 in Rockingham County, and was the daughter of the late Weldon and Cynthia Lilly Hilbert. Sherry grew up in the valley and was a graduate of Turner Ashby High School.

She attended the Victory Fellowship in Dayton and enjoyed gardening, flowers and especially traveling to Pigeon Forge. She was a dedicated employee at Sentara RMH Medical Center for many years before retiring. She was an amazing wife, a wonderful mother and grandmother and sister, and will be greatly missed by all those who loved her.

On May 15, 1971, she married Floyd H. “Sonny” Clark, who survives. Also surviving is a son, Scott Clark & wife, Crista of Bridgewater; sisters, Elaine Estep & husband, Tom of Dayton, Brenda Druen & husband, Ray of Gore, Va. ; and two precious grandchildren, Rylee and Reston Clark; and a niece, Michele Estep of Dayton.

The family will receive friends Sunday evening 6 to 8pm at the Kyger Funeral Home in Harrisonburg. A graveside service will be held 10:00 am Monday January 28, 2019 at East Lawn Memorial Gardens in Harrisonburg with Pastor Sonny Henkel officiating. Memorial gifts may be made to the Victory Fellowship Church, P.O. Box 326, Dayton, Virginia 22821.
