Obituary for Lois Ann (Whittington) Brown GREENFIELD – Lois Ann (Whittington) Brown, age 66, of Greenfield, passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2018. She was born on July 21, 1951 in Indianapolis as the daughter of Paul I. and Isla Marie (Oldham) Whittington. Lois graduated from Southport High School in 1969.

She married the late Bruce A. Brown. She worked for many years as a computer programmer/analyst for Eli Lilly. After retiring from Eli Lilly, she continued doing contract work as a clinical study monitor for several companies.

Lois as a member of Greenfield Friends Church and was the office coordinator. She enjoyed sewing, planting flowers, gardening, and traveling. Lois is survived by her sister, Margaret Whittington of Indianapolis; brother, Roger E. Fisher of Columbia City; Bruce’s children, Scott (Ginger) Brown, Timothy (Tricia) Brown and Michelle Arnett; several grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will take place on a later date. Memorial contributions may be made by mail to the Kenneth Butler Soup Kitchen, 202 E. Main Street, Greenfield, IN 46140. Friends may share a memory or a condolence at www.
