She was born on July 19, 1948 in Dagupan City, Pangasinan, Philippines. She was a retired floral farmer and a member of Pahoa Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Visitation will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. on Friday (Feb. 15, 2019) at Pahoa Sacred Heart Catholic Church; Memorial Mass at 10 a.m. Casual attire. Survived by, daughter, Flordeliza (William Carrillo) Gebin of Colorado; son, Manuel Gebin, Jr. of Pahoa; brother, Jose “Joe” (Epifania “Epay”) Baruelo of Pahala; sister, Felomina Baruelo Obra of Binalonan, Pangasinan, Philippines; grandchildren, Alec Gebin of Florida and Joey Gebin of Florida; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
