Obituary for Lorraine Gilden Lorraine (Brownlee) Gilden August 22, 1937 – May 3, 2018 Lorraine (Brownlee) Gilden, age 80, of East Wenatchee, WA, went to be with Jesus on May 3, 2018. Lorraine was born in Pateros, WA, on August 22, 1937, to Robert and Doris Brownlee. She married John W. Gilden on June 11, 1955, in Chandler, AZ.

Lorraine will always be remembered for her love of Jesus, her family, and her flowers. Lorraine is survived by her husband of almost 63 years, John; and their sons: John Jr., James; and daughter, Jill. She is also survived by her brother, Phil Brownlee; sister, Jean Engfer; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; and nephews.

Lorraine was preceded in death by her parents, Bob and Doris; son, Terry; and brother, Andrew. Her Memorial Service will be held Friday, May 11, 2018, at 1:00 p.m., at Eastmont Baptist Church, located at 400 S. Kentucky Ave. , East Wenatchee, WA.

In lieu of flowers, donations made to Eastmont Baptist Church would be appreciated. A private graveside service will precede at the Pateros Cemetery, Pateros, WA. Arrangements are by Chapel of the Valley, Wenatchee, WA.
