Obituary for Violet Daggett Violet Ruby Daggett passed away on July 11, 2018. She was born in Wenatchee, Washington, on June 17, 1932 to Guy and Alice Stanfield. On July 10, 1948, she married Wenatchee’s well-known cement masonry, Earl Daggett.
They made their home in Wenatchee and enjoyed many years of fishing, camping and traveling to visit Violet’s sister Alma (William) in Centralia and Earl’s brother Bill (Ruth) in Everett. Violet loved Jesus with all of her heart and was a member of Wenatchee First Assembly of God. Violet enjoyed crossword puzzles, canning fruit, Wheel of Fortune and spending time with her favorite sister-in-law, Arvilla (Larry) Stanfield of Marysville.
Violet was preceded in death by her husband, Earl; parents, Guy and Alice Stanfield; brothers, Arlo, Marion, and Larry; and sisters, Alma and Lila. She is survived by her daughter, Diane Daggett; grandson and caretaker, Chad Daggett; sister, Erma White; brother, Victor Stanfield; and sister-in-law, Arvilla Stanfield. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, July 19, 2018, at 11:00 a.m., at Wenatchee First Assembly of God; 1520 McKittrick Street, Wenatchee, WA with Pastor Jerry Beebe officiating.
A Private Graveside Service will precede at Evergreen Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the family to assist with funeral expenses. Arrangements are by Chapel of the Valley, Wenatchee, WA.
