Lucy Soto ( nee Torres ), 90 of Perth Amboy, passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018 at her residence with her loving family by her side. Lucy was born and raised in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico and then came to Perth Amboy 50 years ago. She was a homemake and loved spending time with her family and friends.

She was a parishioner of the Most Holy Name of Jesus Parish at holy Trinity Church. She is preceded in death by her devoted husband Dioniso Soto, who passed away in 2011; daughter of Ricardo Torres and Juana Duran. She is survived by her beloved children Sergio Soto, Mariana and her husband Samuel Muniz, Luis and his wife Myra Soto and Maribel Tirado; dear sister of 1 sister and 3 brothers; adored grandmother of 9, great-grandmother of 6 and great-great-grandmother of 2; cherished aunt of many nieces, nephews and cousins.

We begin to leave on Friday, November 2, 2018 at 9:15 am from Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home, 419 Barclay Street, Perth Amboy for a funeral mass at 10 am at Most Holy Name of Jesus Parish at Holy Trinity Church. Interment will follow St. James Cemetery, Woodbridge. Visiting is on Thursday from 5 ~ 9 pm.
