Obituary for Marc Morasko Marc Albert Morasko, age 59, of Glendive, Montana passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2018 near Crane, Montana. Visitation will be held from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at the Silha Funeral Home in Glendive. A funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Glendive with Father Francis Schreiber officiating.

Interment will follow in Dawson County Cemetery in Glendive. Silha Funeral Home of Glendive has been entrusted with the arrangements. Marc was born on May 7, 1958 in Glendive, a son of Albert and Janice (Shepherd) Morasko.

He was raised and educated in Glendive, graduating from Dawson County High School with the class of 1976. Throughout his high school years he was proud to play football for the Red Devils. Shortly after high school he began his lifelong career with Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad.

He had worked as an engineer for forty-one years until his passing. Marc was united in marriage to Leona Brown on June 23, 1978 in Buffalo, South Dakota and to this union three children were born. Marc loved spending as much time as possible with his children and grandchildren.

Marc loved sports, especially football. He was a huge Green Bay Packers fan and also Montana State Bobcats fan. He also enjoyed riding motorcycle and being with friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Janice; and one brother, Gary Morasko. Marc is survived by his wife, Leona Morasko of Glendive; two sons, Nicholas (Carrie) Morasko and their children Benjamin, Zachary and Courtney of Bozeman, Montana and Derrick Morasko of Glendive; one daughter, Jenny (Wade) Brown and their son Gavin of Sidney, Montana; two brothers, Robert (Susan) Morasko of Salida, Colorado and Jerome (Stella) Morasko of Galion, Ohio; two sisters, Janine Morasko of Glendive, Diane (Willard) Unruh of Terry, Montana; and his nieces and nephews.
