Obituary for Marcella Isabella Cobb GENOA—Marcella Isabella Cobb, 98, of Genoa, formerly of Fullerton, passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2018, at Genoa Community Hospital Long Term Care in Genoa. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, September 17, 2018, at Monroe United Methodist Church in Monroe with Rev. Tony Serbousek officiating.

Burial will be at Fullerton Cemetery in Fullerton at 1:30 p.m. following the service. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Sunday, September 16th at the church. Palmer-Santin Funeral Home in Fullerton is in charge of the arrangements.

Marcella was born August 13, 1920 to George and Hannah (Siedel) Supencheck at Duncan, NE. She attended District 68 elementary country school until the eighth grade. On February 21, 1941, she married Oren Cobb at Albion.

After marriage, she worked at a cafe, dime store, and was a cook for Fullerton Public Schools for 18 years. In 2008, Marcella and Oren moved to Genoa Community Hospital Long Term Care at Genoa. She was a member of the United Methodist Church.

She enjoyed cooking, baking, and gardening. She loved spending time with her family. She is survived by her son, Oren D. (Cindy) Cobb of San Diego, CA; daughter, Verlene Elm of Genoa; and eight grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren; and son-in-law, Jack Boss of Yakima, WA.

She is preceded in death by her husband; daughter, Gaylene Boss; her parents; sisters, Betty Dubas, Luella Braze, Alfrieda Scarlet, Laura Thomas, Rose Hargens, and Leola Supencheck; and brothers, George Supencheck Jr. and June Supencheck.
