Marianne Morecraft ( nee Sudzina ), 80 of Carteret, passed away on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at University Hospital, Newark Marianne was born in Perth Amboy and was a lifelong resident of Carteret. She was an alumnus of Carteret High School, class of 1956. She was employed by ABB Turbocharger, North Brunswick as a Manager for over 20 years.

She was a parishioner of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Perth Amboy. She is preceeded in death by her devoted husband Kenneth Morecraft, who passed away in 2012; loving daughter of Michael and Mary ( nee Kerestan ) Sudzina; as well as her step ~ children Joel, Scott and Joann Morecraft She is survived by her daughter Laura and her husband Andrew Tarrant; grandmother of Amanda Tarno, Andrew and Kelly Tarrant, Branden Morecraft; great ~ grandson Henry Tarno. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday,.

May 9, 2018 at 11 am at the St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Perth Amboy. Interment to follow at St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Visiting is on Wednesday from 10 ~ 11 am at the church.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home, 419 Barclay Street, Perth Amboy. In lieu of flowers donations to Woodbridge Animal Group would be appreciated.
