Ida l. Pajak ( nee Serviss ), 89 of Sayreville formally of Perth Amboy, passed away on Friday June 1, 2018 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick with her family by her side. Ida was born in Brooklyn, New York and came to South River, then to Perth Amboy and later to Sayreville for the last 24 years. She was employed by the Perth Amboy Board of Education as a Custodian Aid for Perth Amboy High School for 22 years.

She retired in 1999. She was a parishioner at Saint Stanislaus Koska RC Church, Sayreville. She was a member of the St. Stanislaus Senior Club and the AARP of Sayreville.

Ida enjoyed playing Bingo, trips to Atlantic City with family and friends. She is preceeded in death by her devoted husband Edward P. Pajak; loving daughter of William and Charlotte Serviss; dear sister of 1 sister & 3 brothers. She is survived by her beloved daughter and son ~ in ~ law, Shirley A. and her husband Eliot Rodriguez; adored grandmother of Michael Pajak ~ Rodriguez and his wife Laura, Jacqueline N. and Joshua E. Rodriguez; cherished great ~ grandmother of Valentina Estella Rodriguez; loving aunt of many nieces, nephews.

We begin to leave on Monday, June 11, 2018 at 9:15 am from the Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home, 419 Barclay Street, Perth Amboy for a funeral mass at 10 am at St. Stanislaus Koska Church, Sayreville. Interment will follow at Washington Monumental Cemetery, South River. Visiting is on Sunday from 2 ~ 6 pm.
