Carol Ann Fabula ( nee Malaczewski ), 76 of Perth Amboy, passed away on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at her residence with her family by her side. Carol was a lifelong resident of Perth Amboy. she is an Alumnus of Perth Amboy high School, class of 1960.

she was employed by Sterns Department Store, then later Macy’s Department Store, Woodbridge Center as a Sales associate for over 30 years. She retired in 2007. She was a parishioner of Saint John Paul II Parish at St. Stephens Church and later to Most Holy Name of Jesus Parish at Holy Trinity Church.

She is preceded in death by her loving parents Stephen and Anna ( nee Kushner ) Malaczewski. She is survived by her devoted husband Frank Fabula; beloved mother of Susan and her husband Robert Fedak; dear sister of Nancy Malaczewski; adored grandmother of Paige Fedak. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 9, 2018 at 10 am at the Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home, 419 Barclay Street, Perth Amboy.

Interment will follow at St. Stephens Cemetery, Keasbey. Visiting is on Sunday from 1 ~ 5 pm.
