Alex Matthew David, 25 of Perth Amboy, passed away on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Rahway with his family by his side. Alex was born in Edison, was a lifelong resident of Perth Amboy. He was an alumnus of Bancroft Academy, Voorhes Class of 2012.

Alex was a sweet, loving, beautiful, pure, special and “one in a million person”, who inspired others around him to just keep going. He loved music, his cartoon, especially the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. He loved being around family and friends.

He lost his battle here on earth, but gained his wings and an everlasting crown in Heaven with the Lord and is survived by his beloved mother & father Rosa ( nee Fraticelli ) and her husband Jose Perez; devoted brother of Michael A. and Jordan A. David; cherished nephew of many aunts, uncles and cousins. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at 9:45 am at the Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home, 419 Barclay Street, Perth Amboy with the Rev. Vivian Ramos officiating.

Interment will follow at the Alpine Cemetery. Visiting is on Friday from 5 ~ 9 pm.
