Alejandrina Santiago ( nee Arocho ), 77 of Perth Amboy, passed away on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at her residence with her family by her side. Alejandrina was born and raised in San Sebastian, Puerto Rico and came to Hoboken in 1957 then to Perth Amboy 60 years ago. She was a member of the Senior Program at Puerto Rican Human And Development and a parishioner of Most Holy Name of Jesus Parish at Holy Trinity Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents Eubesio Arocho and Herminia Rosa and her 2 sisters. She is survived by her devoted husband of 54 years Francisco Santiago; beloved mother of Georgina Quiles ~ Muniz and her husband Joseph Muniz, David and his wife Julia Santiago and Maribel Santiago; dear sister of Ismael, Marciano Arocho; adored grandmother of Sasha Mathews, David Santiago, Ashley Muniz, Francisco Torres and Matthew Santiago; cherished great ~ grandmother of Kaydence Santiago, Selene Mathews, Nina Santiago and Jade Mathews; loving aunt of many nieces, nephews and cousins. We begin to leave on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 8:45 am from the Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home, 419 Barclay Street, Perth Amboy for a funeral mass at 9:30 am at Holy Trinity Church.

Interment will follow at Alpine Cemetery. Visiting is on Monday from 2 ~ 4 & 7 ~ 9 Pm.
