Patricia A Perez, 66 of Perth Amboy, passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2018 at her residence with her family by her side. Patricia was born and raised in Perth Amboy and was employed by Raritan Bay Medical Center for 15 years and retired in 1998. Patricia is preceded in death by her beloved father, Richard J. Connelly and her adored late husband George Luis Perez of Perth Amboy She is survived by her loving mother Angeline (nee: Termini) Connelly and her cherished siblings Joann Buchin, Richard J. Connelly Jr. and Kathleen “Kathy” Herkert and her husband Tom.

Also, her dear nephews Tommy and Richie. She is also survived by her devoted children, Angelina, Shannon, Jesse Perez of Perth Amboy, and Grace Ann Perez of South Amboy and her adored granddaughter Anasia Echavarria. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at 5 pm at the Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home, 419 Barclay Street, Perth Amboy.

Interment will be Private. Visiting is on Wednesday from 3 ~ 7 pm.
