Ramiro Perez, 88 of Perth Amboy, passed away on Sunday, October 14, 2018 with his loving family by his side. Ramiro was born in Lares, PR, he later moved to Perth Amboy. He was employed by Union Carbine in Edison for 27 years and retired on 1996.

He was a member of Our Lady of Fatima RC Church in Perth Amboy. Ramiro proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He is preceeded by loving parents Ramon and Rosalia (Soto)Perez.

He is survived by his cherished family members Ruth Martinez, Mercedes Perez, Noeliz Mercado and Lacey Washington. Visiting will be held at Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 from 7~ 9pm. We will begin to leave at 9:15am on Thursday, October 18, 2018 for a Funeral Mass at 10am at Our Lady of Fatima Church.

Interment will follow at BG William C. Doyle Veteran Cemetery.
