Martin D. Lewis, 57, 120 Skunk Hollow , North Bend, PA died April 29, 2018 at the Bucktail Medical Center Emergency Room. Born June 14, 1960 in Renovo he was the son of the late Martin L. and Dorothy Pharis Lewis. On March 28, 1998 he married Melinda M. Werts who survives at home.

They had just celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary. Martin graduated from Bucktail High School in 1978 and was a 25 year + employee of Truck-Lite where he was a Group-Leader. He had previously worked at IPSCO and earlier in life had cut grass at the North Bend Cemetery.

Martin was of the Baptist faith and was a member of “ Camp Kan’t hit em”. He was an avid Bronco fan and enjoyed reading World War II history and was an avid history buff. Marty enjoyed teaching his son about hunting, fishing and was active with his son in Scouting.

Survivors include: 1 Son: Martin J. Lewis, North Bend, PA 3 Sisters: Lana (Kenneth) Saltsman, Hammersley Fork; Marlene Lewis, Renovo, PA and Ruth Fourney, Hammersley Fork Also survived by many nieces, nephews and great-nephews ***Preceded in death by: 1 Brother: James Lewis A funeral service honoring the life of Martin D. Lewis will be held Friday, May 4, 2018 at 10:30 AM in the Grace Baptist Church, North Bend, PA with Rev. Mahlon Nevel officiating. Friends will be received in the church Thursday from 6-8 PM.

Interment, North Bend Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Chapman Twp. Vol Fire Co. or the Renovo Ambulance Assoc.
