Obituary of Marvin Lippert Marvin L. Lippert of Jamestown, a loving, gentle, Christian man, has gone home. He passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at the age of 77. He was born November 5, 1940 in Aldenville, Pa.

In earlier years, he had been employed as a farmer and later as a butcher for the former Super Duper supermarket in Jamestown. Those that met Marv, as he liked to be called, loved him. The first thing you saw when you met him was his shy smile and twinkling eyes – and your heart knew his gentleness was real.

The family looks forward to being with him in Heaven some day. Marv is survived by his loving wife, the former Janet Danielson and daughter, Tammy Fedyna, both of Jamestown; as well as three additional children, ten grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren from several different locations. The funeral will be held at 5 p.m. Monday at the New Covenant Assembly on Arlington Ave.

in Jamestown. The Rev K. Trevor Coburn will officiate. Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday in the Lind Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
