Mary’s Obituary Colonial Funeral Home- 2170 Highway 88 Brick, New Jersey 08724 Mary Ann Penno, age 76, of Manchester passed away peacefully with her family by her side on January 30, 2019. Mary Ann was born in Passaic on October 19, 1942 to the late Herman and Anne Marie Luders. A 1960 graduate of Passaic High School, Mary Ann continued her education attending St. Mary’s Nursing School and continued working there most of her career as a Labor and Delivery Nurse.

She was a parishioner of St. Martha’s RC Church in Pt. Pleasant. She resided in Howell for many years until recently relocating to Manchester.

Mary Ann was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She will be dearly missed by her family. Mary Ann is survived by her daughters, Monica Thompson and her husband John of Howell and Jean Penno of Manchester, one son Richard M. Penno III.

and his wife Aja of Brick, two granddaughters Kya and Tayva Penno, one sister Nancy Harley, and two nephews, Christopher and Collin. The family will receive relatives and friends for Visitation on Monday, February 4, 2019 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Colonial Funeral Home, 2170 Highway 88 Brick, NJ 08724. The Funeral Mass will be offered 9:30 AM Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at St. Martha’s RC Church, Pt.

Pleasant, NJ, followed by the interment at Calvary Cemetery, Clifton, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Mary Ann’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital by visiting www.
