Ralph’s Obituary Herbertsville Colonial Funeral Home- 1045 Sally Ike Road Brick, New Jersey 08724 Ralph Rapko, age 90, of Brick Township passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at Ocean Medical Center. Ralph was born in Woonsocket, RI on March 22, 1928 to the late Peter and Mary Rapko. Ralph later relocated to Linden and in 1961 to Brick Township where he and his wife Grace would settle to raise their family.

During his career he worked for 3M as an Electrical Engineer. During his leisure time, Ralph enjoyed reading and listening to classical music. A musical enthusiast, Ralph sang for the Ocean County College Chorus for over 35 years.

A devout Catholic, Ralph was an active parishioner of Epiphany RC Church, where he would read for Mass. Ralph is preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Grace Cacchione Rapko in 2014 and by his brother Peter Rapko. He is survived by his daughter Kathleen Attias and her husband Mark of Toms River and his son Kenneth Rapko and his wife Connie of Pittsburgh, PA; one brother Michael Rapko of St. Louis, MO; grandchildren, Jeannine Reilly, Andrea Vincigurea and Kenneth Rapko, Jr.; great grandchildren, Kayla, Daniel, Jr., Summer Leigh, and Jackson Edward.

The family will receive relatives and friends for Visitation on Sunday, January 27, 2019 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Herberstville Colonial Funeral Home, 1045 Sally Ike Road Brick, NJ 08724. The Funeral Mass will be offered 10:00 AM, Monday, January 28, 2019 at the Church of Epiphany, Brick, NJ. Followed by the Entombment at Ocean County Memorial Park, Toms River, NJ.
