Mary (Czaplicki) Nota of Middletown, NJ passed into the hands of the Lord while surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, April 24th 2018 after suffering from an illness for several months. She was a former office manager at an entertainment agency who recently retired and devoted her time to her son in college and beloved dog, Brina. Mary was born in Newark, New Jersey on November 19th, 1957.

She grew up in Avenel, New Jersey where she attended Colonia High School. Mary is survived by her husband of 31 years, Ralph Nota, and son, Anthony Nota. She is also survived by her mother, Elizabeth Czaplicki, three sisters Judith Abner, Linda, and Susan Barbieri, two brothers Edward, and Robert, sister-in-law Christine Warren, brother in-law Michael Nota, and four nieces.

We begin to leave on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 9:15 am from the Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home, 419 Barclay Street, Perth Amboy for a funeral mass at 10 am at St. Andrew’s Church, Avenel. Interment will be Private. Visiting is on Friday from 2 ~ 4 & 7 ~ 9 pm.
