Mary Luetta Lemmond, 93, of Concord, passed away Wednesday, January 9, 2019 peacefully. Mary was born November 15, 1925 to the late Clifford Cook and Blanche Cook. She was also preceded in death by husband, Raymond Lemmond, four children, a grandchild, and four sisters.

She was a long time member of Pitts Baptist Church in Concord. Her faith in Jesus Christ was her strong hold. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

She loved to read her bible everyday, enjoyed painting, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was also a Gold Star wife and mother. The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm-5:00 pm, on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at Hartsell Funeral Home in Harrisburg.

The funeral service will be on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Pitts Baptist Church in Concord at 12 pm officiated by Pastor Scott Davis. Burial will follow in Sharon Memorial Park in Charlotte. Survivors include daughter, Pameila Tulowitzky and her husband Tim; son Randy Cranford and wife Annette; sister, Audrey Bare.

She also leaves behind 8 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Cabarrus County. Hartsell Funeral Home of Harrisburg is serving the Lemmond family.
