A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 26, 2019 at First Assembly of God Church in Electra, 401 E. Harrison, Ave. Arrangements are under the direction of Owens & Brumley Funeral Home in Wichita Falls.

Michael was born on February 14, 1975 in Wichita Falls, Texas to Michael Wayne Hudson and Katherine Marie Litonenko Hudson. He graduated from Burkburnett High School in 1993. After graduation, Michael went on to start a lifelong career in the medical field and as a volunteer fireman.

He worked for many years as an EMT for Electra Memorial Hospital, was a volunteer with the Electra, Friberg Cooper and Cameron Gardens Volunteer Fire Department, and was a member of the Wichita County Skywarn and ARES. Even throughout his failing health, Michael continued to be of service to his community. Michael loved going fishing and camping and had a passion for music, having played the drums in various bands.

He was preceded in death by his father, Michael W. Hudson. He is survived by his mother, Kathy Hudson; his brother, Tim Hudson and wife Tabitha; his nieces and nephews who he loved dearly, Kirsten, TJ, and Jakob; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff and doctors at Baylor Scott & White in Plano, and Electra Memorial Hospital for all their support and care given to Michael to enable him to enjoy the past few years of his life.
