Michael J. Antollino Sr., of East Haven passed away July 6, 2018 in Apple Rehab- West Haven. He was the husband of the late Phyllis Lundie Antollino. Born in New Haven April 8, 1925 son of the late Frank and Martha Mele Antollino, Michael was a proud US Navy veteran serving during WWII.

Michael was the co-owner of Golden Crest Ice Cream for many years. He enjoyed horseracing and was a fan of the NY Yankees and NY Giants. Beloved father of Michael (Janet) Antollino Jr. and Pamela DeSanto.

Brother of the late Rose D’Agostino, and Thomas, Ralph, Ernest, and Frank Antollino. Proud grandfather of Michael Antollino III, Joseph Antollino, Trevor Fortner, and Robert DeSanto. Great grandfather of Michael DeSanto.

Michael’s family would like to thank the staff of Apple Rehab-West Haven for the compassionate care they provided. Visiting hours will be held Wednesday morning from 8:30-9:30 in the Iovanne Funeral Home, Inc. 11 Wooster Place. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Bernadette Church at 10.
