Obituary for Ms. Mildred Ann Gross Mildred Ann Gross, age 76, of Shelbyville, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, June 19, 2018. Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Saturday, June 23, 2018, at Feldahus Memorial Chapel. Elder Roosevelt Conway will eulogize.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. She was born March 24, 1942, in Wartrace, TN, to the late John Lee Gross, Sr. and Sophie Jones Scott Gross. She is preceded in death by her brother, John Gross, Jr. and sister, Francis Elizabeth Singleton.

She is survived by her daughter, Veronica “Buffy” Lee; her devoted companion of 33 years, Emmett Buckingham, Sr., both of Shelbyville; step-children, Dwight Buckingham, of Shelbyville, Emmett Buckingham, Jr., of Florida, Darrel Dean Buckingham, of Washington, William Buckingham, of Nashville, and Raysteina Wallace, of Murfressboro; one sister, Elaine Joyce Gross, of Wartrace; four brothers, Morganthou Gross, Gary Gross, Arthur Gross, all of Wartrace, and James Porter Gross, of Murfreesboro; and one grandson, Dantrell Conner, of Shelbyville.
