OBITUARY Nancye Helen Mattingly January 8, 1932 – November 13, 2018 Nancye Mattingly, 86, of Louisville, passed away on November 13, 2018. She was a Nurse for 33 years and retired from Audubon Hospital. She is preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Melvin Mattingly; and her granddaughter, Christina Richey.

Left to cherish her memory are her children; Mary Alice Richey, Tim (Heather) Mattingly, Jim (Vicki) Mattingly, and Michael (Wanda) Gaddis; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one great- great grandchild. The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday November 15, 2018 at 6pm in the Evergreen Dignity Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be held from 1 o’clock until time of service.
