Naomi Ruth Riddle Sellers, 92, of Parkersburg died November 1, 2018 at Ohio Valley Health Care. She was born March 23, 1926 in Roane County, WV a daughter of the late W.F. and Inez Riddle. She was active in the church throughout her life and was a charter member of New Hope Baptist Church.

She was a homemaker and worked as a receptionist for various doctors’ offices. She enjoyed cooking, traveling and spending time with her family. She also was an expert seamstress and tailor, sharing this passion with her daughters and granddaughters.

She is survived by two daughters, Susan Sellers Stinespring and her husband Jim, Barbara Sellers Meier; four grandchildren, Jason Stinespring, Sara Stinespring (Matthew) Pletcher, Timothy (Rachel) Meier, Lizz Meier (Ryan) Durbin; six great grandchildren, Blaine and Jude Meier, Aaron and Emily Pletcher, Kate and Oliver Durbin; one sister, Juanita (Ralph) Wigal. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, of 63 years, Charles Blaine Sellers, and two brothers, Eugene Darrell and W.F. “Bill” Riddle, Jr. The family would like to offer a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful administration and staff of Ohio Valley Health Care for their love and concern. Funeral services will be Monday, November 5, 2018, 11:00 am at the Leavitt Funeral Home of Parkersburg with Dr. James M. Stinespring officiating.

Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday, November 4, 2018, 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, WV.
