Nellie Rose Kidder Bush, 89, of Belpre, formerly of Parkersburg, died December 21, 2018 at Marietta Memorial ER – Belpre Campus. She was born on December 24, 1928 near Elizabeth, WV the daughter of the late Harry A. Sr. and Daisy R. Nutter Kidder. .

Nellie retired from Montgomery Wards where she had worked for forty years. Surviving Nellie is her son, Wayne A. Lowe of Belpre, three grandsons, three great grandsons, several step grandchildren, several step great grandchildren, two brothers Hollie and Robert Kidder, one sister Edna Mae Lowe and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Arnett “Toby” Bush in 2005, son Warren D. Lowe, daughter Diane Lowe Hook, six brothers Orval, Charles, Wallace, Willie, Claude and Harry Kidder, Jr. and two sisters Avis Mays and Patty Buskirk.

Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at Leavitt Funeral Home- Belpre. Visitation will be held 11:00 am – 1:00 pm on Wednesday prior to the service. Burial will at the Mt.

Pleasant Cemetery at Mineral Wells. Online condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.
