Carolyn S. Collins Carolyn S. Collins, 71, of Vienna died December 2, 2018 at the Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born on June 10, 1947 in Parkersburg, WV a daughter of the late Dallas T. and Betty Bennet Starcher. Carolyn is survived by three children, John Edward (Melissa) Hickman, Connie Tennant, Mark Hickman; four grandchildren, Steven Hickman, Paul Tennant, Billy Tennant, Eric Tennant, Sr.; six great grandchildren, Judeyah Carpenter, Daniel, Wyatt, Caleb, Eric Jr., and Araebella Tennant; five siblings, Pat (Joe) Blosser, Phyllis Curtis, June McCaslin, Paul (Carla) Starcher, Beverly Starcher and her favorite pet “Buddy”.

In addition to parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles M. Collins; one brother, Charles Starcher and grandson, Ron Carpenter. Funeral services will be Thursday, December 6, 2018, 11:00 am at the Leavitt Funeral Home Parkersburg. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery North.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 5, 2018, 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, WV. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.
