Rocky G. Woodyard Rocky Gordon Woodyard, 35 of Parkersburg, passed away December 14, 2018 at his residence. He was born June 21, 1983 in Parkersburg, a son of the late Harold G. Woodyard and Brenda Thornton. Rocky had previously worked as a fabricator for WinCore.

Surviving is his grandfather William Welch of Parkersburg, sister Misty Rogers (Tim) of Parkersburg, uncle William Welch II of Ohio, aunts Stephanie Welch-Norris of Raleigh, NC and Ginger Dowler (Danny) of Parkersburg, uncle Jerry Fitzwater (Sandy) of Newport, niece and nephew: Haley, Tyler and Isaiah and great niece and nephews: Simon, Tyler Jr, Americk, Isaiah Jr. and Heaven Lee. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandmother Mae Welch. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg is assisting the family with arrangements.
