Neal R. Casto, 78, of Palmyra Township, passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2018, at University Hospital Portage Medical Center. He was born in Belgrove, WV on July 25, 1940, the son of Donald and Cuma Hammond Casto. On August 8, 1960 in Charleston, WV, Neal was united in marriage with Judy Parsons.

Neal was employed at Berry Plastics as an offset printer, from which he retired. He also worked in the maintenance department of West Branch State Park. In his spare time Neal enjoyed hunting, fishing and rebuilding motorcycles.

He had also belonged to a hunting club. Neal enjoyed being with family above all else. Cherished memories of Neal will be carried on by his wife Judy, daughters Anita (Bardill) Hess of Euclid, Debbie Casto of Wisconsin, two grandchildren Lincoln and Sarah Hess, and two sisters.

Preceding Neal in death were his parents, a son Robert who passed in 1983, a brother, and two sisters. There will be no calling hours or services will be observed. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Bernard P. Borowski Memorial Home in Newton Falls.
