He was born in Logan County, Kentucky on December 28, 1931 to the late Edward and Allie Paradyne (Cockeril) Clark. Noble was a member of the Second Baptist Church, was a United States Air Force Veteran, retired truck driver with Emerson and worked with the Sheriff Department as Bailiff for 22 years.

Noble is preceded in death by his brothers Lilburn Clark, James R.E. Clark and Artis Clark, sisters Marie Thomas, Burnice Granter and Lorena Helstley, daughter Cathy Jo Werner, stepson Andy Yell, stepdaughter Sherry Tennison, granddaughter Elizabeth and grandson Cody “Redman” Yell. He is survived by his: Wife of 40 years Sara Clark, two step sons Tim and Troy Yell both of Russellville, three daughters Melba Phillips (James) of Texas, Tammy Sharp (Russell) of Russellville, Kelly Clark of Russellville, a step daughter Lori Holloway of Russellville, 26 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. Funeral services for Noble Clark will be conducted Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at 2:00 P.M. at the Second Baptist Church in Russellville with Bro.

Michael Duff and Bro. Ron Wells officiating and burial to follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will begin Tuesday morning at 11:00 A.M. at the Second Baptist Church and continue until funeral time at 2:00 P.M. Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.

Pallbearers: Russell Poore, Jimmy Davenport, Dorris Blick, Wayne Reeves, Van Allen, and Wallace Whittaker Honorary Pallbearers: Gabriel Jones, Klement Sharp, Kanaan Sharp, Anthony Birdwell, Jimmy Prince, Adam Lee Parnell, Jordan Parnell, Alex Dodson, Oliver Holloway, Seth Keown and Kaleb Corbitt.
