Patrica Ann Meadows-Hartshorn, 86, of Murphysboro passed away at 12:12pm on Monday, May 20, 2019 in Carbondale. Patrica was born on March 17, 1933 in Murphysboro a daughter to the late Frank and Anna Belle (Schaffer) Pierson. She was united in marriage to Charles D. Meadows, Charles preceded her in death on September 23, 1992, she later married Henry Hartshorn; Henry also preceded her in death on February 18, 2017 Funeral services will be at 1pm on Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at Crawshaw Funeral Home in Murphysboro; Pastor Charles Allen of the Elm Street Baptist Church will officiate, burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Memorial Park.

Visitation will be from 10am until the hour of services on Wednesday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law, Cheryl and Lance Mayfield of Viburnum, MO, and Tracy Meadows of Carbondale, one son, Kenneth Meadows of Murphysboro, one sister, Doris Baggett of Murphysboro, six grandchildren, Justin Mayfield, Lacy Willis, Paige Farr, Danielle Nieder, Corey Nieder, and Madison Nieder, one great-grandson, Weston Willlis.
