Patricia Ann “Patsy” Lee, 74, died Sunday, May 19, 2019, at McLeod Regional Medical Center, Florence, SC. Patsy was born on February 22, 1945 in Florence County, daughter of the late Barnwell Lee and Bellemont Cantley Turner. She loved animals and writing poems, of which one was published.

She was a member of Ariel Baptist Church of Coward. She is survived by brother; Melvin (Donna) Cantley of Coward; niece, Rhonda (Josh) Carraway of Coward; nephews, Dayton (Jessica) Cantley of Coward and Mikle (Amy) Nevels of Florence; cousins, Inez Owens and John W. (Pat) Singletary both of Coward and Marti (Larry) Mauldin of Florida. Funeral services will be 5:00 PM, Wednesday, May 22, 2019, at Gilead FWB Church, with burial to follow at Singletary Cemetery, Coward.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 – 9:00 PM, Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Carolina Funeral Home. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Commander Nursing Home staff and doctors, as well as the McLeod Hospital staff for their care and compassion.
