Paulette Laffoon, 72, of Newburgh, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Linda E. White Hospice House. She was born January 13, 1947 to the late Chlorus and Willa Mae (Young) DeVore. Paulette was a member of the Abundant Faith U.P.C.I.

in Evansville. She enjoyed crocheting, crafting and singing at church. She was a proud cancer survivor and attended several Susan G. Koman walks.

She is survived by her daughter, Jessica Lee (Jason) Coursey of Newburgh; Sons, John Daniel (Kim) Laffoon and Samuel James Laffoon of Madisonville, KY; brother, Roger Dale (Jane) DeVore; grandchildren; Zachary, Jocinda, Riley, Xander, and Braiden. Paulette was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Gene Laffoon and brother, Don DeVore. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Ziemer East Funeral Home, 800 S. Hebron Ave.

, Evansville, IN. A funeral service will begin Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. David H. Bayer officiating.

A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. at the Old Suthards Cemetery in Earlington, KY following the funeral. Memorial Contributions may be made to Linda E.
