Phillip’s Obituary Phillip A Chrobak, age 70, of Mequon and Bayfield, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2019 at Ascension Columbia St. Mary’s Hospital, in Mequon. He was born April 9, 1948, in Janesville, the son of John F. and Elizabeth (Milculik) Chrobak. In 1966, he graduated from Germantown High School and then attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, for a year.

Phillip later graduated from Marketing School. On April 20, 1974, he married Patricia A. Leask, in Bayfield. For over 40 years, he worked for Alpine Plywood.

After he retired in 2015, he spent his time on his Harley going to car shows and being with his grandchildren. He is survived by his loving family, wife, Patsy, of Mequon and Bayfield; grandchildren, Skylar Rose (Cristian D’Ortona) Chrobak and John James Chrobak, both of Mequon; a son, Robert Chrobak, FL; a sister, Ceilia (Bruce) Schmidt, Hustisford; a God-daughter and her children, Amy (Ben) Merkts, Watertown; and other cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

There will be no services held at this time. Arrangements are by the Bratley Funeral Home and Ashland Crematory Service.
