Philp’s Obituary Philip F. Bell, Sr., 83, of Bangor, PA passed away Wednesday, January 30th, at Easton Hospital, Easton, PA. Philip was born in East Stroudsburg, PA on November 10, 1935, a son of the late Blair R Bell Sr. and Florence (George) Bell. He was the husband of Audrey (Stocker) Bell.

They celebrated their 51st anniversary last September. Philip was employed as the Animal Control Officer for the County of Northampton. He enjoyed spending his time hunting and fishing.

Philip proudly served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. In addition to his wife, Audrey, Philip is survived by two daughters, Jill Simon & Bonnie Bell, four sons, David Heckman, husband of Kellen, James Heckman, Brian Bell, husband of Annemarie, & Philip Bell, Jr., 12 grandchildren; Melanie, Davey, Scott, Cynthia, Ashley, Sharon, Danny, Elizabeth, Carl, Becky, Wayne, Michael, and several great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister Barbara Bell and a brother Blair R. Bell, Jr. Family and friends are invited to call 6 – 8 PM on Monday, February 4th at James B. Gaffney Funeral Home, 314 S. First Street, Bangor, PA.
