Phyllis’ Obituary Phyllis “Jo” Collison Waller Wenger, of Saint Albans, died on Sunday, February 17, 2019 at home. Jo was born August 7, 1943 to the late French and Bernice Collison. She made her home with her son John and Melissa Waller.

Jo was a member of the Loudendale Church of the Nazarene; though she was unable to attend, she was faithful in her tithing and prayerful support. Her testimony: “I’m Forgiven, God is Good”. Jo will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, Jo was preceded in death by her husband Lowther Wenger; son, Joey Waller; sister, Ann; and brothers, Bob, Russell, Melvin and Jerry. Left to cherish her memory are sons, David (Angie) and Johnny (Melissa); daughter, Alene “Sissy” Johnson; 7 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; sisters, Martha, Lindra, Jane, Kay, Jennie, Lois, Alene and Jean; and brother, Bud. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 2, at the Loudendale Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Chuck Pennington officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Loudendale Church of the Nazarene, 708 Cane Fork Road, Charleston, WV, 25314. Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
