Rabbi Teresa’s Obituary Rabbi Teresa Burger-Turner—-59, Minot, passed away on Friday, February 1, 2019 in a Minot hospital. Teresa Lynn Burger was born on February 12, 1959, a daughter of Harold D. and Shirley (Bales) Burger in Clinton, IL. She moved with her family to California, and was raised and educated there.

Teresa lived in various locations throughout her lifetime, including Illinois, California, Alaska, Utah and North Dakota. She worked various jobs within these locations. She enjoyed working with horses, doing crafts, and working with her service dogs.

Teresa is survived by: A daughter Ashley (Jordan) Severson; grandchildren Olivia Severson, Tritsan and Alayna Newsome; mother Shirley Burger-Brown; companion of several years Paul Knutson: siblings: Barbara Rodriquez, Harold (Monica) Burger; several aunts, uncle, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Teresa was preceded in death by her father Harold, sister Linda Marie Burger, and a brother-in-law Mariano Rodriquez. Visitation: There will be no reviewal, however people may sign a guest register on Thursday one hour prior to the service at the church.

Funeral Service: Thursday, February 7, 2019 at 11 am in Salvation Army Corps Chapel, located at 315 Western Ave, Minot, ND. Burial: A private family burial will take place at a later date.
