Richard John Coleman, Jr., 57, of Big Spring, died Sunday, June 24, 2018 at his residence. Memorial service will be at 3:00 PM Monday, July 2, 2018 at Myers & Smith Chapel with Doug Shelley, pastor of East Side Baptist Church, officiating. Richard was born April 17, 1961 in San Angelo, Texas to Audrey Ann Roach Coleman and Richard John Coleman, Sr

Richard is survived by one daughter: Jessica Mendoza of Victoria; his mother: Audrey Coleman of Abilene; six brothers: D. R. Simmons of Florida, Larry Simmons of Sweetwater, Gary Coleman of San Angelo, Wesley Coleman of San Angelo, Leslie Coleman of Abilene and Carl Coleman also of Abilene; six grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Genevieve Pike; his father: R. J. Coleman; one sister: Charlotte Johnson and one brother: Gerald Coleman. Arrangements are by Myers & Smith Funeral Home.
