Richard P. Denault, 92, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Heritage Hall. Born in Springfield, September 30, 1926, he was the son of the late Leo and Mae (Powers) Denault. Richard was a graduate of the New England School of Pharmacy and retired as the Northeast Manager of Cigna Insurance Company after many years of service.

He was a US Navy veteran during WWII, a member of the Madison CT Knights of Columbus, was an avid golfer and member of the Madison Country Club for 30years. His beloved wife, Helen (Sigda) died in 2011. He leaves his brother, Leo Denault of Port St Lucie, FL, his beloved granddaughter, Lisa Rossi of Feeding Hills, his grandson, Richard of Pompano Beach, FL and his 4 great grandchildren.

The funeral will be held Tuesday at 10 AM from the St. Thomas Church with burial to follow in St. Thomas Cemetery. Donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl. , Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
