Ricky Earl DeHart, Jr., 28, of Mifflinburg, released his soul to God on Sunday, May 20, 2018, at his home. He leaves behind so many loved ones, family, and loyal friends. He was born December 1, 1989, in Lewisburg, a son of Ricky E. DeHart, Sr. of Lewisburg, and Cindy S. (Ulrich) and Jim Showalter of Mifflinburg.

Ricky attended Mifflinburg High School. He was employed at Top-Notch Tilework, Selinsgrove, and Showtime Construction, Mifflinburg. Ricky enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting, and was an avid sports fan, especially the San Francisco 49ers.

Surviving in addition to his parents are two brothers, David L. Hanselman of Mifflinburg, and Brandon J. Showalter of Mifflinburg; two sisters and one brother-in-law, Brandy and Andy Barner of Harrisburg, and Brook DeHart and her fiancé Geo Conolley of Mifflinburg; maternal grandparents, Carl and Lois Ulrich of Mifflinburg; support team, Dustin Mullany, Brett Leitzel, Akysha Mullany, Chris Graham, Brian Sampsell, and Pastor Lance; his girlfriend, Jasmine Bearden of Lewisburg; 5 nieces; and aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his great grandmother, Isabella Pfleegor; paternal grandparents, Robert and Florence DeHart; cousins, Justin DeHart and Robert Sampsell; and aunts, Vicky Mullany, Wendy Sampsell, Tina Sheaffer. Family and friends are welcome from 5 to 6 p.m., Thursday, at the Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd.

, Mifflinburg, where the funeral service will be conducted at 6, with Eric Lauver, officiating.
