RONALD JOSEPH BOLDUC October 13, 1945 – January 01, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers View/Sign Guest Book| Send Sympathy Card CHICOPEE – Ronald Joseph Bolduc, 73, a retired Printer at Hazen Paper Co. in Holyoke, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2019. Born in Springfield to the late Lawrence H. and Rose Marie (Zeo) Bolduc on October 13, 1945, Ron was raised in the Hungry Hill section of the city, attended local schools and has lived in Chicopee for most of his adult life. He proudly served as a Corporal in the U. S. Marine Corps for 4 years and upon discharge transferred to the Marine Corps Reserve, retiring in 1974 with the rank of Sergeant.

Ron had been employed for more than 32 years before his retirement in June of 2009. He was a member of the Vietnam Veterans Assn. , Chapter 11.

He leaves his life partner of 38 years, Patricia L. Saczawa, his daughter, Alisa Marie Bartlett (Joseph Sousa) of Hooksett, NH, two sons, Jamison Bolduc (Angela) of Westfield and Brandon Bolduc (Vicki) of Wilbraham, his children’s mother and former wife, Jeanne Bolduc – Sady of Ludlow, his 9 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter and 2 step-daughters, Lori Dunton of Lakeland, FL and Darleen Saczawa of South Hadley. Ron is also survived by 2 brothers, Lawrence M. Bolduc and Francis L. Bolduc (Manuela), all of Chicopee, 2 sisters, Barbara Jean Bolduc Silver (Ansil) of Goldboro, Nova Scotia and Linda Marie Bolduc (Jane) of Longmeadow. A Chapel Service with Military Honors will be held on Thursday, Jan.

24, 2019 at 10 a.m. in the Massachusetts Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main St., Agawam, MA, 01001. There are no calling hours and the Corridan Funeral Home, 333 Springfield St., Chicopee is handling the arrangements. Contributions in Ron’s memory are requested to be made to Navy – Marine Corps Relief Society, 875 North Randolph St., Ste.
