Elizabeth V. (Pieciak) “Tebby” Sliwa, 62, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Baystate Medical Center. Born April 15, 1956, daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth (Gloster) Pieciak , she was raised and schooled in Chicopee and has resided in Indian Orchard for the past 8 years. Tebby’s passions were singing and relaxing at Dean Pond.

She was obsessed with Golden Girls, backgammon, playing pitch and spending time with her family, friends, & cherished pets, Gizmo, Moe, Daisy, Duncan, Sambo, Francie, etc. She was predeceased by her husband, Mark E. Sliwa. Tebby is survived by her beloved children, Benjamin B. Holt (caretaker); of Indian Orchard, Natalie R. Sliwa, of Chicopee ; her fiance, Steven C. Allen (Soulmate & caretaker), of Indian Orchard; and her siblings, Stanley Pieciak, of Indian Orchard, Ann Allworth, of Maryland, and Mary Ayers, of Springfield.

She was predeceased by her beloved brothers, Frank J. Pieciak in 1989 and Timothy P. Pieciak in 2001. Calling hours for Tebby will be held Saturday from Noon – 2PM at Kozikowski Funeral Home, 565 Front St., Chicopee. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
