Obituary for Rosemary Moncman Saginaw, Michigan Beloved wife, mother and grandmother passed away on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at St. Francis Home. Age 83 years. The daughter of the late Joseph and Esther (Lalonde) Swantek, Rosemary was born on April 7, 1935 in Detroit, Michigan.

She married John Moncman on September 19, 1953. He survives her. Rosemary was a hairdresser and was the former owner of the Coronet Salon.

She enjoyed reading, cooking, going to the casino, playing euchre and scrabble, but most of all spending time with her children and grandchildren. Surviving besides her husband John are two daughters and one son, Sherry Tyra and her husband Ken Huntress, Woodbridge, Virginia; John and Jody Moncman, Freeland and Laurie and Joe Kish, Macomb; three grandchildren, Ashley Huntress, Alex and Jayson Kish; two sisters, Patricia Maynard and Margaret Campbell; several nieces and nephews. Rosemary was preceded in death by two brothers, Jack and George.

Funeral Service will take place at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 1, 2018 at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. , (between Shattuck and McCarty). Private interment will take place in St. Andrew Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home where the family will be present on Sunday from 12:00 Noon until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Francis Home or the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
