Roy Lee Casey February 25, 1941 – January 01, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Funeral services for Mr. Roy Lee Casey, will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, January 5, 2019, at Phillips Funeral Home in Gilbertown, AL, with Reverend Jesse Griffith officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., just prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in the Spring Bank Cemetery in Silas, AL.

Mr. Casey, age 77 of Silas, AL, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2019, at Anderson Hospital in Meridian, MS. He is survived by his wife, Mary Atchison Grimes Casey of Millry, AL; five sons, James Williams (Karen) of Silas, AL, Mark Williams (Kathy) of Souwilpa, AL, Donald Williams of Silas, AL, Ronald Williams of Silas, AL, and Robert Casey (Mike) of Fairhope, AL; five daughters, Linda Skinner (Jimmy) of Toxey, AL, Becky Busby of Silas, AL, Christine Blount (Leon) of Millry, AL, Rose McIlwain (Luther) of Millry, AL, and Rosa Beech (Timmy) of Chatom, AL; seventeen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and five sisters, Linda Buckner, Glenda Smith, Sue Winstead, Valrie Sellers, Rosie Worsham, and Lisa Casey. He was preceded in death by his parents Dave Casey and Dorothy Casey; four brothers, Butch Casey, Charles Casey, Lamar Casey and Willie Turner; and two sisters, Margie Casey, and Lois Turner.

Serving as pallbearers are Judson Atchison, Timothy Beech, Jimmy Waite, Michael Skinner, Brandon Skinner, and Brant Williams. Honorary pallbearers include Anthony Williams, Colby Williams, Brian Fultz, Donnie Williams, Shawn Williams, Andy Stewart, Barry Blount, and Erick Beech. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to The Gideons International, Choctaw County Camp, Post Office Box 734, Butler, AL 36904-0734.
