Kate Ruth Smith, age 76, of Bulls Gap, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, May 29, 2019, after a brief illness. She was a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend. Kate was preceded in death her parents, Alex and Bessie Hall; husband, Francis Smith.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Anthony and Angie Livesay, Tim Livesay; grandchildren, Telia Smith, Dylan Livesay, Jada Livesay; great-grandchildren, Elijah Livesay, Jayce Livesay, Anna Smith, Colton Miller; sisters, Dorothy Ramey, Brenda and Roger Evans, Wanda Minor, Kathy Hall, Bea and Shell Best; brother, Steve and Janie Hall; several nieces and nephews; special friend, J. C. Smith. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Saturday, June 1, 2019, at Christian-Sells Funeral Home in Rogersville. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m with Rev.

Danny Bell and Elder John Arnott officiating. Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 2, 2019, at Kite Cemetery. Condolences may be sent at www.
